CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link for your order.
WHEN WILL MY NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Please note: This service is only available for UK mainland addresses, with postcode and location restrictions. This delivery method will be displayed in the checkout if your delivery address entered is eligible.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
For instructions on how to return, please see your dispatch note included within your order. If you do not have this dispatch note, please contact us here and a member of our team will be able to assist you further.
Please Note: Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price. Please contact hello@xootz.co.uk to initiate a refund.
Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. We reserve the right to deduct the current website price of the Free Gift or promotional item, should the return be delivered without this item included.
RETURNING AN ITEM
As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your payment card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY?
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank/Public Holidays. Please allow extra time during holidays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to UK and Channel Islands addresses. At this time, we are unable to offer international delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
If there are obvious signs of damage, we would advise that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If you were unable to receive the package in person and discover the damage after receiving the order, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging and ensure this remains intact as proof of damage upon delivery for the claim process.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are unable to offer exchange on items currently. You can return your item for a refund and then purchase a new item.
